I would love  to go to a  small village  in India where innocent people are living together with utmost harmony. I came to know about a village called Poomala in Kerala,India.People are highly responsible and caring towards others. If a family function is there in the village no invitation should be sent because it is the responsibility of others to participate actively. No formal letters should be sent. It is like a family and the family members are bound to participate. I think the whole world should take a leaf out of that. Most of the problems of the modern men will be settled if we can emulate that. I would love to go to that village for my honeymoon to show my partner the real value of co existence.

I salute my father because he taught me the values of life without an element of preaching. He showed me the way how to live and how to be compassionate towards others. How to accept others and how to appreciate others without any inhibitions and prejudices. Once we start doing that hardships will no longer be hardships. There will be no scope for pain because The Almighty will protect us like His own darling. We will start feeling for others and our hearts will be full of love and affection. So my greatest achievement is that I got the opportunity to be his son in this world. No other achievement of mine will surpass that.

I would love to be pebble in the underwater because I can remain stable and calm without any disturbance. More than that I can see what is happening in the very bottom where it will be almost impossible for a normal human being to remain there  for a longer period of time. It will be exciting to remain in a sea where a lot of mysteries still to be unveiled. I will be able to see the treasures and the remnants of great empires and a lot of wonderful and beautiful species of different shapes and colors. I can be witness there without having any active participation.

My heaven will always be in Earth where all living and non living things are in full harmony.The smell of love, affection and compassion lingers in the air and there should be no space for hatred, revenge and jealousy. People are be deeply concerned  about each other and will be marching towards prosperity. They should not disturb the nature to make matters worse like the modern men have been doing.I believe in a world where ego does not exist. Instead of that cooperation and honesty should be the deciding factors. This is my idea of heaven.

My best friend is also a colleague of mine. While he is one of the top  performing employees in the organization and a best friend of mine, I believe  one of his bad qualities is the ease with which he lies. My best friend  continues to amuse us when he lies for small things. When I mustered my courage to speak to him about that, his response was a  little surprising. He believes himself to be frank; and believes some details  of his life needs to be with himself. Still, what would my friend do with  hiding something as simple as his office timings?

Work environment is a place where a lot of decisions are made with either  facts that is currently available. You tend to also pick your trusted ally  and use the information that they provide to make important decisions. In some situations there are chances information that is currently existing  is in conflict with general interest of the peers. One such instance in my  career was when I had decide on a salary hike for one of my contractor  employees. Even though the contractor’s salary was below industry standards,  my peers were able to convince me that the performance of the said employee  was below par. He eventually left the organization leaving me to handle a  major gap in knowledge he left open. If I had to change the decision I made, I would have referred the issue to my  Human Resources Manager and allow them to decide a standard salary for the  employee. I would have also prepared myself better by procuring more  information on the extent of knowledge that he possessed.

If I had to select three food items which needs to be consumed for the rest of my life, primary importance will be given to Healthy food. I would select Apple, Fish and Potato as the three chosen food items. Why? Read on.. Apple : With the amount of nutrients that is contained in Apple, the fruit  itself is a complete food. It provides all nourishment required to lead a  healthy life. Fish : The Omega 2 fatty acids contained in a fish can help contain many  critical diseases.  Potato : The vegetable can be used to make a variety of dishes with different  taste. From chips to hash-browns and curry, potatoes will help me keep the  boredom for my food habit, out.

The best thing that I have ever seen is the first view of my son’s face. When  the nurse brought him outside the hospital ward, wrapped in green cloth, the  rosy face of my son cleared all my worries instantly. His face was peaceful  and eyes were firmly shut as to keep all the bright light away.  The view of my son’s face made me realize the responsibilities that I had to  ensure he has a safe and successful life. The image changed my life for ever.  From that day till now, I realize the life that are dependent on me has  helped me stay on course towards a hardworking lifestyle.
